I’m the owner of Peak NC Renovations LLC. I started the business in 2020. My team and I help homeowners with painting, bathroom remodeling, and attic finishing in Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, and surrounding communities.
How Your Project Works

- Review the estimate. We go over the scope, materials, and price before work begins.
- Approve and schedule. Once the scope is approved and the deposit is received, we schedule the work.
- Walk through the finished work. Review the completed project with us and discuss any final items.

Before Your Project Starts
What should I move before the crew arrives?
Remove fragile items, valuables, and small belongings from the work area. We’ll go over access, larger furniture, and floor protection when we review the project.
Who selects and supplies the materials?
We’ll review your colors, finishes, and material selections together. Your estimate should clearly identify what we supply and any items you plan to provide.
How long will the work take?
Timing depends on the scope, preparation, material availability, and drying or curing time. We’ll discuss the expected schedule before you commit.
What about protection, debris, and cleanup?
We’ll review the areas that need protection and the cleanup and debris removal included in your scope, so you know what to expect.
Can I stay home during the project?
That depends on the rooms involved and the work being done. Tell us about children, pets, and work-from-home needs so we can discuss access and any temporary disruption.
